We've been honored to work with the fine folks operating this local gem in the heart of Springfield's Forest Park for many years. In addition to some new content strategies for showing off their resident animals, this shiny new website features:

Online Registration

Replaced paper-based registration with an online system to streamline sign-ups for camps, field trips, and group visits. This makes it more convenient for parents and educators to enroll children in Zoo programs, while automated emails and workflows help simplify internal management.

Zoo Animal Discovery Pages

We created a fresh Zoo Animals database with exciting, dynamic pages for each of the Zoo’s 200+ animal residents. Every page is loaded with neat facts about their habitat, diet, and more, making learning fun and simple for visitors—while supporting the Zoo’s mission to inspire a love for wildlife.

We also put together some user-friendly program pages to showcase the Zoo’s fantastic educational offerings, like Kids Go Wild, Wildlife on Wheels, Zoo Camp, Guided Tours, and Discovery Programs. These pages make it a snap for visitors to see what’s going on, register, and pay online.
